Where Tattoos Meet Copyright and IP Law

This program provides a substantive overview of copyright law for either the IP expert or the non-IP general lawyer who wants to learn IP law, and dives into where tattoos collide with copyright law on infringement, implied licenses, and fair use. We look at and explore a variety of cases involving video game avatars of athletes and their tattoos, movies with tattoos, and answer the questions about who the owns the copyright and when is it infringed in these circumstances.
